Originally named McGeorge Painting & Window Cleaning, started in 1998, McGeorge Window Cleaning is a currently a division of McGeorge Brothers LLC - Seattle's most trusted vendor for apartment community window cleaning and related services.

Founded by Gavin and Nils McGeorge in 2007, McGeorge Brothers has become known for personalized customer service, attention to detail, and understanding of the unique skillset involved in working with Community Managers, Maintenance Personnel and Residents alike., and helping to keep everything running smoothly!

In order to better serve our customers and accommodate the growing demand for services provided, McGeorge Brothers added two divisions - McGeorge Window Cleaning and Birdseye beginning in 2026.

Together we are able to provide services including: residential window cleaning, commercial window cleaning, sidewalk and paver surface cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, banner installation, gutter cleaning, and at heights repairs, inspections and installations.
